Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to the care team.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their development and well-being.
• Oversee daily activities, promote positive behavior, and ensure safety.
• Lead by example, supporting staff through supervision, appraisals, and training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in residential settings, particularly with young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
• Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
