Children's Senior Residential Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker who is fun, resilient, and dedicated to supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the care team.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their development and well-being.
- Oversee daily activities, promote positive behavior, and ensure safety.
- Lead by example, supporting staff through supervision, appraisals, and training.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in residential settings, particularly with young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
- Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
