Chinese speaking Personal Assistant to Regional Managing Director
Must be based in UK – Remote working - Must be able to work in UK without any restrictions
My client is growing and looking for a Chinese speaking personal assistant to work and report to Director of president office in headquarter, and the Regional Managing Director, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across both Group-level and regional/local teams. You will serve as a key communication interface to various internal stakeholders and play a crucial role in supporting top management.
Job Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business management, with assistant or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong market analysis and report-writing skills, with the ability to conduct independent market research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and facilitate across teams and departments.
• High sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with headquarters.
• If worked in engineering industry that’s a bonus but not essential
