We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our small team this Christmas season.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and charm customers with your friendly and welcoming nature
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Sell our handmade, vegan soaps, skincare, and gift sets
• Provide beautiful gift-wrapping services when needed
• Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling
• Keep the shop tidy and inviting, ensuring products are well-displayed
• Check inventory and coordinate with our workshop to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Handle any customer queries with patience and in a professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone whose ethical values align with ours
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for helping people
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus but not essential

This is a temporary position running from mid-November to Christmas
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 weeks
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
