What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with daily tasks like meal prep, medication, personal care, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, building meaningful connections with clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care plans for each individual.

Who You Are:

• Caring and empathetic, with a passion for supporting others.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but we’re also willing to train the right person.

Cleaner:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Clean and sanitize residential and commercial spaces with care and attention to detail.
• Ensure all assigned areas are always up to our high cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a great attitude.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning tasks are completed effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
