Key Points

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty rubbish and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in commercial & residential properties
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Able to commute to and from site locations

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial & residential cleaning is preferred but not essential
• Basic knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned duties efficiently
• Excellent customer service

Due to continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Cleaning Operative’s to join our site based team in the Dartford Area.
The work involves providing general cleaning to communal areas within blocks of flats and residential facilities. Cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be given to the successful candidate. A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to keep motivated are key qualities for this role.
The position requires the ability to commute to the Dartford area.
Monday – Friday (occasional overtime may be required/available for those wishing to top up their income)
