Position Overview:
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce high precision components. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become part of a great team and assist the business’ continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high tolerance components
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished parts for quality, making necessary adjustments as required
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine machining processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and experience required as a CNC Miller

• Experience with materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, Stainless Steel and Plastics (preferable)
• Experience on Hurco or Mazatrol controls (preferable)
• Experience on 3, 4 and 5 Axis machines
• Proven experience as a CNC Miller
• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus

Note: This job may require lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.00-£24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
