Commercial Leadership Team Assistance
- Proactive calendar management, meeting management and project deadlines.
- Support with Presentation creation
- Meeting minutes
- Budgeting and OPEX overview
- Travel management
- Project management support to Commercial Leadership Team with specific projects
- Lead cross functional business unit project team for congresses and conference execution. Responsible for project plan, execution, and deliverables.
- Support the organisation of key meetings such as Annual All Company Conference, Commercial Team Meetings & Business Review Meetings, UK/IE
- Ensure meeting actions taken are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage all payments and relevant contracts for Senior Commercial Director and CLT. Timely raising and processing of financial administration, including raising purchase orders, payment of invoices, and supporting processing monthly rebates for the UK/IE Finance team
- Processing HCP payments in a timely manner and assisting with queries
- Project planning and administrative support to Commercial teams including promotional meeting support and internal event planning.
- Compliance and Values: To undertake personal responsibility and take leadership accountability to ensure CLT comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Compliantly progress marketing material gaining relevant approvals using VEEVA system, promotional job bags, formulary letters to support the field force.
- Field force material stock management
- Point of contact for field force support and Marketing queries
- Speaker deck support
- Close collaboration with UK & Ireland Business Operations Assistant to ensure effective operational resource priortisation and simplification/improvement of operational processes
- Substantial related experience, with proven ability of providing support at management level, including demonstrable ability to act with integrity at all times
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrable skills in organisation and time management techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Share Point, Power Point, Word, Excel.
- Competency in managing relationships with key professional service suppliers.
