Field Sales Solutions have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Commercial Controller!
We are a leading field marketing agency, representing some of the biggest brand names out there and we have a dynamic role available within our Head Office team.

Location: Home Based with 2-3 days in Field Sales Solutions Head Office – Thame, Oxfordshire.
Your principal responsibility will be leading the execution of analytical insight which identify performance and execution results as well as issues on sales performance. Key output will be making key recommendations to our client on changes to activities by the field sales team, or in store groups to maximise Return on Investment. You will deliver this through high level contact within the client structure, principally the Head of Field Sales. You will lead and develop the Data and Business Insight teams to ensure timely, quality and insightful reporting. You will work in collaboration with the Field Sales Controller and Operations Controller.
What will you be doing as our Commercial Controller?
  • Manage, lead and develop the Data & Insights team.
  • Develop team structure, with focus on delivering agreed business plans.
  • Manage and enhance existing client relationships through regular reviews meetings.
  • Working within agreed budgets.
  • Present regular updates to the client as needed, adding value and recommendations.
  • To keep senior stakeholders informed of progress against agreed plans and make recommendations to achieve.
  • Provide recommendations on system and process improvements to enhance added value.
What will you need to be our Commercial Controller?
