We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef.
Working pattern: Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are done on a weekly basis.
Salary: Up to £28k including service charge
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment as a Commis Chef with over 2 years’ experience.
As a Commis Chef you will be :

• Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
• Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
• Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
