About the Position
We are seeking dedicated Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in their own homes. We are looking for both day and night health care assistants, for both long (10-12hrs) and short shifts (4-6hrs).
The ideal candidate
Will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of those in need. You'll be providing care and support to our clients who have a range of varying needs which may include (but are not limited to):
· Moving and handling
· Personal care
· Administering medications
· Dysphagia
· PEG care and feeding
· Epilepsy
· Non-verbal Communication
· Cerebral palsy
· Tracheostomy care
You must be reliable, have or are willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF). You must have at least 6 months experience in a professional health and social care setting.
