Main Purpose of Job:

• To maintain and control positive release of finished products to customers
• To ensure standards are maintained in line with the quality management system across the site.
• Coordinate with all departments and suppliers on a technical level to ensure compliance.
• To provide support to the quality manager for site visits and audits

Technical Compliance Tasks:

• Assist in artwork checks for retail packaging.
• Customer complaint handling & trending
• Member of internal auditing team.
• Maintain all customer portals and customer requests for technical information, including packaging and packaging waste.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly GMP audits are carried out, then reported and actioned
• Assist with tasks relevant to maintaining good food safety culture; BRC and customer standards including document control, staff training and continuous improvement.
• Complete Zeina or customer format specifications for existing products.
• Assist with 3rd party audits and customer visits including traceability.
• Ensure certificates of analysis are sent out to all customers
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff to ensure positive release of finished goods.
