Our client is a leading independent Corporate Finance Advisor who advise management teams in private equity transactions with offices in London and European geographies.

The Opportunity
This is a fabulous opportunity for a fluent Swedish Speaking individual to join the team in London due to a very healthy pipeline of deals. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Partner in London on executing deals within the Swedish market and be involved in advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with Private Equity Houses, typically in Secondary buy-outs.
Important duties include:

Fully responsible of pitch presentation for business development

Responsible for modelling private equity structures and exit modelling

Review and comparison of Private Equity House terms

Contact point for CEO/ CFO, lawyers, banks and PE Houses.

Comparison and evaluation of commercial terms received from Private Equity Houses

Person Specification

Must have 2 – 3 years of corporate finance experience either from a bank, boutique or corporate finance team of an Accountancy Firm.

Must be fluent in Swedish language

Must have strong Excel and financial modelling skills

Ideally an accountancy background

Excellent communication skills – written and spoken

Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as team spirit

Logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

Professional skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point

A motivated self-starter and team player, who can work independently
