Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and finding new project enquiry leads through various channels, including the Barbour ABI on line platform, Linked In and other marketing tools. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to converse with both Main Contractor representatives to receive tender enquiries and set up meetings with Architects to present our products and services to them with a view to getting us named in the project specifications. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in building relationships with new and existing customers and in supporting our Sales Director and Sales Team by ensuring a steady flow of in coming tender enquiries and nominated specifications.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilise our Quote Manager and One Diary System and other online software tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the estimating team for pricing purposes for issuing and follow-up to convert into orders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships for future business retention.
- Proficiency in English, good language skills are essential.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and present effectively with potential clients.
- Will need to familiarise with in-house CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,180.00-£30,000.00 per year
