Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, migrating data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, migrating data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Perform data entry, migrations and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
- Organise and manage files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with the preparation of and create reports and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience in data administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SQL is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Power BI is a nice-to-have but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
