Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI.
Extract and manipulate data using SQL and Excel to provide meaningful insights.
Analyse large datasets to track business performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Serve as the main SME on data change projects and work with a wide range of stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate, timely delivery of MI reports.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across various sources, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
A background in insurance, finance, or related regulated field.
