Job overview

The Data and Admissions Administrator will work as part of a flexible administration team of post holders to provide administrative, secretarial and office-based support and contribute to the school’s high-quality and responsive administration service. The post holder will be working with parents and prospective students and provide relevant information and support through the admissions process. You will act as first and continual point of contact for prospective families, from enquiry through to the enrolment of new students at the school, from Year 7 to Year 11.
You will be required to manage the admissions procedure at all stages, including marketing campaigns and recruiting events. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the school’s student recruitment targets are met, to handle all aspects of the school’s admissions process warmly with a view to maximising the number of enquiries, visits, registrations and joiners.
It is also the responsibility of the Data and Admissions Administrator to ensure that the colleges MIS System, Arbor, is maintained and that all prerequisite information is available for all students. You will work closely with the College Administration team to provide a seamless process to parents and candidates, and will actively contribute to the creation, management and maintenance of systems dedicated to handling all aspects of admissions data and analysis. Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level is a fundamental requirement for excelling in this role
