Position Scope:
We are seeking a organised and proactive ICT Structured Cabling Project Supervisor to help oversee and coordinate ICT Structured Cabling Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ICT projects, excellent communications skills and have the ability to provide written reports on the project status.
PROJECT FOCUS:
- To attend site prior to works commencing to ensure site is ready for attendance.
- Provide support in developing project plans and budgets in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Supervision of all aspects of ICT installation projects (Fibre, Copper, Rack and Stack etc)
- To attend client project meetings alongside the Project Manager, whether that be in person or via Teams etc.
- Liaising with the General Contractors to ensure the installation is in line with General Contractor programme and to report any delays immediately.
- To arrange access for installation team.
- To raise any “authorisation to commence works” permit.
- Ensuring project reports are shared with the client stakeholders in a timely manner.
- To assist in the preparation of bid documentation.
QHSE :
- To ensure health and safety practices are always adhered to.
- Ensure that Tier 1,2, & 3 QHSE CBRE audits are carried out.
- Ensure that installations are in line with industry standards and client expectations.
- Ensure best practice is shared across BU’s.
CBRE:
- Promote and maintain CBRE culture throughout teams.
- Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
- Ensure that all internal CBRE courses are completed prior to due date.
- Skills/Qualifications:
- IPAF / Working at height.
- CNCI
- SSSTS
- Use of Microsoft Office
