Role Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a warm and comfortable experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records with precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as insurance verification and billing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in dental software and administrative tools.
