Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven, commercially-minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing and drive continuous growth for the business. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, ambitious and dynamic company, with huge potential for personal development.
Key Objectives

• Manage Wourth Group consumer brands PPC and Paid Social channels, achieving target ROAS and CPA.
• Drive organic traffic and revenue to Wourth Group consumer brand websites through best practice SEO.
• Recruit, motivate and develop the Digital Marketing Executive
• Reflect Wourth Group brand values across our Digital Marketing channels.
• Deliver the Digital Marketing elements of the Customer Acquisition and CRM Strategy.

Your Skills

• Advanced knowledge of PPC including Search, Shopping, Display and Paid Social.
• Likely to have 5+ years experience in either a hands-on PPC role at an established retailer or agency.
• Strong Google Analytics knowledge.
• Working knowledge of SEO.
• Building strong working relationships and gaining buy-in from stakeholders and colleagues.
• Reporting across markets and channels both in terms of regular KPI tracking and ad hoc insight.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis in Excel or equivalent.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruiting and leading a team, inspiring, motivating and developing talent.

Location & Work Environment:
The role is based at the Wourth Group head office in Burgess Hill, just 15 minutes outside of Brighton. While the position primarily involves in-person work, occasional remote working can be accommodated to support a healthy work-life balance.
