Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Consultant to support and guide our clients through complex digital transformation journeys. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing large-scale programmes, embedding user-centred practices, and ensuring effective governance. Your expertise in recruiting, coaching, and developing talent within transformation programmes will be essential in building capability and enabling sustainable digital change.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams, providing coaching and strategic advice on funding, governance, and user-centricity to drive impactful transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities / Activities
· Manage and support the delivery of digital transformation programmes, from strategy to implementation.
· Coach senior programme members and executive teams on best practices, helping to build a resilient and high-performing team.
· Assist in recruiting and developing talent, establishing strong transformation capabilities within the organisation.
· Ensure robust governance and accountability within all transformation initiatives, aligned with client goals.
· Provide guidance on funding strategies and resource allocation to support sustainable transformation.
· Advocate for and establish user-centred practices, ensuring solutions address real user needs and create value.
· Conduct regular assessments of programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
· Ensure reporting, tracking, budget analysis is accurate, and mechanisms are in place to capture relevant data
Qualifications / Skills
· 8+ years of significant Digital Transformation Experience in both Private and Public Sectors
· Proven track record in coaching and developing senior programme members, enhancing team performance and capability.
· Strong background in recruitment, talent development, and capability building within digital transformation contexts
· Bachelor’s in business information systems or management information systems (or another relevant degree)
· Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
· Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Analysis
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

Pay: £550.00-£700.00 per day
