Overview
We are seeking hard working and dedicated Domestic House Cleaners to join our team. We offer flexible working options to suit you and your clients. Working hours are between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of their clients homes. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in all areas of the property. This typically includes; kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, hallways and stairways plus ad hoc duties if required.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and effective cleaning process.
- Maintain cleanliness to ensure that all surfaces are free from dust and debris.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients requests or inquiries regarding cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- A background in customer service will be advantageous
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is beneficial.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
- Driving is preferred but not essential
