Ear Wax Removal Clinician (Multi-Site) - Base location - Bolton + Chorley
£22,000 (increasing to £24,000 per annum after successful completion of Probation Period) + Performance Bonus

You will be working from our clinics and providing domiciliary support to our patients where required. Role Requirements:

• Full time
• Shifts scheduled between Monday to Saturday, totaling 37.5 hours per week (5 working days).

Customer Service

• Listening and supporting our patients by giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers whilst understanding company procedures.
• Maintain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful team.

Clinical

• Carrying out patient care through Ear Wax Removal or other procedures as clincally appropriate.

About You:
For this role, we accept applications from individuals both with or without healthcare experience. This role requires travel between our clinic sites as defined by the job role. Therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Schedule:

• 7.5 hour shift (9AM – 5.15PM)
• Day shift

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (essential)

Experience:

• Ear Wax Removal: 1 year (preferred, but not essential)

Requirements
· Full UK Driving License
· Right to live and work in the UK
· DBS Clearance - Upon completion
· Ability to travel to home visits
