*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team.
Location: North and East London
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. *Responsibilities* - Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children - Provide high-quality care and support to meet the individual needs of each child - Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development - Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment - Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues - Manage daily routines and routines within the nursery setting *Requirements* - Leadership skills to guide and inspire children - Drive to create a positive learning environment - Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent - Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to manage and organise classroom activities efficiently
