At Quest Global UK, we are actively looking for Electrical Engineers in our team for one of our Aerospace & Defence projects based in Bristol / Derby, United Kingdom
Responsibilities:

• Understand design requirements related to electrical systems and components in aero engine and carry out concept design and detailed design tasks
• Manage and develop Storage, Generation and Power Management systems etc,
• Create schematics and layouts in and create simulations of the system using electrical design simulation tools
• Participate in design reviews, interact with mechanical and manufacturing engineers to ensure design for manufacturability
• Provide design support for testing, V&V and manufacturing of the components and carry our required design modifications to optimise the system performance

Work Experience

Skills/Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Good hand-on skills of creating electrical schematic drawings, layouts and simulations
• Awareness and skills to use applicable PDM/PLM systems for managing design data
• Experience of electrical design experience in power generation or aero engine industry
