Job title: Electrician
Location: Norfolk and Suffolk, base office in Dereham
Working Times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: Up to £42,000 basic per annum, dependant on experience plus overtime and call out
Equipment provided: Company Van (Full, Clean UK Driving Licence essential), Fuel Card, Purchase Card, Uniform, Samsung Tablet
Our Expectations
- Responsive Maintenance: Carry out electrical compliancy including EICR’s, EICR remedial works including (consumer unit replacements), emergency lighting, day to day reactive repairs, full rewires and making good
- High Standard of Workmanship: Ensuring that the work carried out meets high-quality standards is a key part of the job.
- Timeliness and Productivity: Completing tasks efficiently and on schedule is important, as these services aim to keep properties in good condition without causing long delays.
- Customer Service: As you'll be working in homes or around tenants, providing friendly, professional, flexible and helpful service is crucial for maintaining good relationships with clients and residents.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems.
- Experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector is highly valuable in this role.
- NVQ L3/AM2
- Be qualified to18th Edition (or later).
- 2391 Testing and Inspection Certification
