Working hours:, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Office and home working. A minimum of 3 days a week working in our Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. This can vary depending upon work requirements. We offer free onsite parking.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Events Assistant to join Aesculap Academy to support in the delivery of virtual and nationwide educational events. Contribute to educating healthcare professionals and be part of something that makes a difference!
This role will have a strong focus on social media and administration and would suit someone with an organised and proactive approach to their work.
Your role will also include responsibility for:

• Delivering social media and advertising campaigns
• Creating event landing pages for delegate bookings
• Applying for Continued Professional Development points for events
• Support attendees in the submission of their research papers
• Sourcing data to assist with event reporting
• Attending both virtual and live events

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A strong interest in social media and events
• A natural flair for communication, both written and verbal
• A customer focused approach
• An eye for detail
• An ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise accordingly
