Experienced Client Transformation Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Client Transformation Manager to join our UK based Team. This is a hybrid role that will require you to attend our London office at least once a week, with the remainder of your time being split between client site and working from home.
The Client Transformation Manager (CTM) plays a crucial role in our organisation, responsible for driving successful client transformations and ensuring the seamless integration and adoption of our data analytics solutions. The CTM collaborates with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimise business processes, enhance data-driven decision making and deliver measurable value to clients. Reporting directly to a Client Transformation Director (CTD), the CTM is responsible for the success of client transformation initiatives they are supporting, and in some cases, running.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Transformation Strategy:
- Support the CTD in the development and execution of agreed Client Plans.
- Understand clients’ needs, goals, and pain points, to contribute to the development of tailored transformation plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging Beyond solutions to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of client projects ensuring delivery is within scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and clients to define project goals, deliverables and criteria for success.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing potential risks and issues.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to establish strong, trusted relationships, gaining an understanding of their business challenges and providing relevant solutions.
- Run, and participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on project status, progress and outcomes to key client stakeholders.
- Support clients as a knowledgeable advisor, sharing best practices in data transformations and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients by spending time on client sites at least once a week.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to Beyond’s high standards and ensure the positive experience of the client is translated into a Case Study.
- Develop change management plans and relevant training to support project success with Clients by ensuring engagement throughout implementation and addressing any resistance.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes, workshops and materials to facilitate user onboarding and effective usage of data analytics tools.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and impact of initiatives and adjust as required.
- Completing Prince 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Running individual programmes, on a day to day basis, ensuring they deliveron time and to budget.
- Contributing to the this week/next week meetings face-to-face with the client project manager, tracking where we are against the project plan and any risks so they can be mitigated.
- Attending and contributing to the monthly milestone meetings with the client sponsor of the programme.
- Ensuring the programme is delivered to a satisfactory manner and the sponsoring client is happy to provide a case study.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, Data Engineering and Reporting to align client transformation strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop engaging collateral to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and feedback to the CTD to support continuous improvement of client transformation processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with Beyond’s processes including use of Salesforce and Sharepoint
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prince 2 or other Project Management Certification
- Proven experience (3+ years+ in client transformation, project management, consulting or related roles within the data analytics industry).
- Strong understanding of data transformation and management concepts, methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated management of successful client transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships at various levels.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with change management principles and experience driving organisational change and user adoption of new technologies or processes.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach.
- Results oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving project objectives.
- Experience working in the Hospitality Industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
