Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research and gain a deep understanding of the assigned area. - List a minimum of 5-6 properties per month. - Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring effective communication at least once a week. - Maximize potential listings through canvassing and networking. - Adhere to Delaney's standards and rules to ensure compliance. - Develop and implement effective marketing packages and strategies. - Possess extensive knowledge of the industry. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills and offer appropriate solutions. - Work with self-discipline, motivation, and a can-do attitude. - Accurately value properties, considering construction and types of build. - Implement an efficient call-back system. - Work effectively independently.
