We are urgently seeking a committed, proactive, compassionate, responsible, and caring female individual for the role of a Live-In Carer.
To apply for this role you must be a driver with Business Insurance (or be willing to amend your insurance upon starting the role).
Duties - this is not exhaustive.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Facilitate medication administration according to prescribed schedules.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
• Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations or activities.
• Implement behaviour management strategies for clients requiring additional support.
• Drive clients to appointments or social engagements as required.

Qualifications

• An NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care would be preferable.
• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• A caring and empathetic nature is essential for providing a high standard and quality of care.
• Strong skills in care provision, including knowledge of medication administration and meal preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
• A compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others maintain their independence at home.
