Cherish UK Ltd are looking to recruit a caring, hard-working and enthusiastic Team Leader who is passionate about providing a quality care service to our clients with complex care needs within the service users home. The successful candidates will work alongside the staff team, managers and health professionals to ensure that the service users are all healthy, safe and having all of their needs met.
Duties will include;

• Looking over Rota's
• Assisting with risk assessments
• Planning activities for the service users
• Complete Audits
• Offer guidance and reassurance to the staff team
• Reporting to managers

Desirable qualifications NVQ level 2 / 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care however we believe you cannot teach people to care, that comes naturally so don’t worry if you have no experience or qualifications. We will help you to learn how to provide the support people need when working within their own home.

Pay: £12.15 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Experience:

• Team Leading: 1 year (preferred)
• Care: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle? (required)
