Gloucester Homecare Services are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team. The role will be 20 hours office based, assisting in the daily running of the branch, and 20 hours field based, carrying out care tasks to enable our clients to remain independent in their own homes.

This role will involve office work, You will also be required to take part in the on call rota.
You will be working with the a small operations management team to ensure that our service is meeting and exceeding the legislative standards.
Your responsibilities would include
Involvement in compliance and recruitment.
Supporting new carers through their probation period.
Participation in On-Call rota, to include weekends - alternate weekend working is required.
To be considered for this role;
You should either have completed your NVQ 3 or willing to work towards.
2 years care experience.
Confident to supervise a team and managing others in a care environment.
Ability to work on own initiative and be able to prioritise your duties.
Excellent team player
To be considered for this role you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
