Salary: £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per year + Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days per week in the office

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will manage various finance-related tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process daily invoices
· Handle purchase and sales ledger queries
· Process daily receipts
· Record payment plans
· Reconcile bank and Sage Pay transactions
· Set up new customers
· Assist in gathering and compiling invoices for reporting purposes
· Support additional duties as required
Requirements:
· Immediate availability
· Strong time management and workload prioritization skills
· Methodical approach with excellent organizational abilities
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to explain accounting issues to non-accounting individuals
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting software
· Knowledge of Xero is desirable

Schedule:
Initially, the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week in the office for training purposes. After training, a hybrid schedule will be in place with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
