Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure they function correctly in case of emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Install Domestic, Residential and commercial mist systems.
- Fit CPVC or steel pressfit pipework to connect the sprinkler system
- Maintain and repair existing fire sprinkler systems
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system issues
- Use hand tools effectively to build and repair sprinkler components
- Assemble and install fire sprinkler systems based on schematics and building codes
Requirements
- Experience in assembling and maintaining fire sprinkler systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics accurately
- Proficient in CPVC and pressfit for installation and repairs, CSCS Card
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Skilful in using hand tools for system maintenance
- Pump installation experience would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,549.00 per year
