Job Summary
We are seeking Front of House Team Members to join us at Oktoberfest London Hammersmith 2024 on 17th-19th October. & London Ealing on 25th and 26th October.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience.
ROLES
Hammersmith Roles and shift times:
FOH/Service: Thursday: 4pm-11pm, Friday: 4pm-11.30pm, Saturday: 10am-12am(Midnight) OR 4.30pm-11.30pm
Kitchen Assistants: Thursday: 1pm-11pm, Friday: 1pm-10.15pm & Saturday 9am-11pm OR 4pm-11.30pm
EALING Roles and shift times:
FOH/Service: Friday: 4pm-11.30pm, Saturday: 10am-12am(Midnight) OR 4.30pm-1am
Kitchen Assistants: Friday: 1pm-11pm & Saturday 9am-11pm
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them to their tables
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Upsell additional items to enhance customer experience
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a hygienic environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic maths for processing orders
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting both front of house and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
Location of HAMMERSMITH event: St Pauls Green, Hammersmith
Location of EALING event: Walpole Park, Ealing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
