Complete Meats in Axminster, Devon is a family run licensed cutting plant, producing award winning meat products to sell to local catering establishments in the south west.
We require Food Manufacturing Assistants who are enthusiastic, driven, attention to detail and reliable. To work as part of a team producing meat products such as sausages, burgers, meat balls and other meat products adhering to company procedures/policies following food safety, health & safety and food labelling regulations.
Monday to Friday. 6.00 am to 4.00 pm (2 breaks per day). 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year. Staff discount and pension available.
Applicant must have good arithmetic and reading skills. Previous experience working in a food producing enviroment would be an advantage.
Full training available. Food Safety/Health & Safety and First Aid training to be completed. Other training available – Food Safety Level 2, HACCP, Fork Lift, Fire Warden, leadership etc.
