We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Officer to provide cover at the front desk of a professional corporate office during periods of leave or sickness of the regular officer. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answering and directing phone calls as needed
• Managing the front desk to ensure the smooth operation of office activities
• Handling basic administrative tasks such as document filing and email correspondence
• Ensuring security protocols are followed for all visitors and deliveries

Requirements:

• Must have a valid SIA licence
• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable presentation with a neat, professional uniform
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Flexibility to work on short notice as a cover officer during absences and holidays
• Punctual and reliable
