Location: Cheltenham (Central)

About You
You are a strong, experienced front end developer excited to work in a role with autonomy where you can flex your creative abilities. Experienced with a wide tech stack, you will be comfortable working across various languages for front end development. You’ll have some experience working with APIs and maybe even want to develop your backend skills further. Most importantly, you’re passionate about what you do, and want to use your knowledge to help in the fight against climate change.

What will I be doing at Noriker?
- Working across the full development lifecycle using modern development technologies
- Creating appealing and efficient designs
- Working with our Django based backend, with the support of more backend focused developers
- Writing effective, efficient, and understandable code
- Ensuring all code is secure, and able to be maintained easily
- Gaining exposure to new languages and ways of working
- A confident front end developer.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs.
- Strong React development skills with knowledge of wider Javascript coding and frameworks
- Some experience with Django, HTML5, CSS3 + SASS, Git, JSON, Postgre SQL will help you
- Experience building responsive and functional web sites.
- Strong knowledge of UI / UX / Design patterns and concepts.
- Facilitate any required liaison with internal and external partners.
- Strong communication skills.
- Aptitude and desire to learn and pick up new languages and technologies
