Are you ready to crack The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London? We are on the lookout for a super star Front of House Duty Manager to join our flagship London immersive attraction in the heart of London’s West End! This will be a maternity cover role on a 9 month fixed term contract.
As Front of House Duty Manager, you will manage and develop a passionate team, leading by example to deliver best in class guest experience to those visiting our attractions. You will be an ambassador for the business as a Duty Manager and support all on the ground teams to deliver our unique experience. This includes opening and closing the attraction, welfare of guests and operational team, health & safety and reporting.
On a normal day (if you can call it that), you will take responsibility for our Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Retail and Photo areas, driving commercial spends through training and the promotion of upsells and high guest service standards. You will also act as the lead for the delivery of all Corporate Events, developing strong standards and safe practices to deliver an exceptional experience. Alongside these duties, you will manage ad hoc projects on behalf of the attraction management teams which will be designed to develop both the attractions and you.
You will lead by example, being a brand-champion, performance managing and motivating the Front of House team to do their best. Championing a positive culture will come naturally as well as the fostering of a great relationship with the team, whilst always maintaining Little Lion Entertainment’s values and business objectives.
You will also be an ambassador for the business as a Duty Manager and support all on the ground teams to deliver our unique experience. This includes opening and closing the attraction, welfare of guests and operational team, reporting, and health, safety, and security across the site.
This role is a permanent position, based upon working a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week on a rota basis. The current rota pattern is based upon 5 days a week, working 2 out of 3 weekends. Our attractions are open daily so this will also include bank holidays and peak holiday periods.
Skills and Experience

• We’d like you to have proven supervisory experience in a busy guest facing environment, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or attractions industry. Wherever your previous experience lies, you’ll have plenty of transferable skills and the passion to apply them.
• We’ll need you to be able to quickly react to any issues that may arise and therefore prior experience in effectively dealing with problems in a fast-paced environment will stand you in good stead.
• It goes without saying that you’ll have high levels of attention to detail as well as being motivated and organised to ensure the success of our immersive experience.
• As you’ll be involved in your team’s development an awareness and experience in conducting reviews, inductions, appraisals, and interviews will help you be able to develop the leaders of the future!
• Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and night-time work will be required).
