Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our Lychees Family, we are a family run business and will ensure you have the support and help to thrive in your role. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including assisting with food preparation, bartending, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service counters.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Skills in bartending or food preparation will be advantageous.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to help others is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
