We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team at Lucali Restaurant in Bearsden. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
• Participate in catering events, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
