We want our Front of House Team Members to be great team players at Soar Point! You don’t need any experience to join as a Front of House Team Member as we will teach you the rest. We want you to be able to connect with the team and deliver a great experience to the guests at Soar Point.
As a Front of House Team Member your primary role is to welcome and engage every guest, ensure the highest quality of service!

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Soar Point is a vibrant yet relaxed pub and bar in Leicester. We’re located close to De Montfort University and are an easy-to-find student pub with everything our guests could possibly want to wind down. We’re known for our great pub food and drinks, with space for our guests to chill out with their friends, watch all the live sport and a whole host of gaming and entertainment events.
