We are looking for engaging and hard working team members to join our team at O’Neills in Clapham – a short walk away from Clapham Common Station.
This position will perfectly suit someone with an outgoing personality, who strives for professional satisfaction and has an engaging and caring attitude towards both colleagues and guests.
There will be shifts available throughout the week, however due to peak shifts being Friday and Saturday nights, these will be key availability days.
Experience is not necessary, but would be valuable given that this is a full time position, although all formal training will be given.
Due to being a late-night venue, you will need to be able to commute to and from work (despite London’s inconsistent transport links!) as we have a finishing time at 1:30am on Fridays and Saturdays: So please keep this in mind when applying!
Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the bar and guest areas.
- Handle guest queries and concerns professionally.
- Up sell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Willingness to help colleagues during busy periods.
- Ability to upsell menu items to increase revenue.
