The Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office Team.
What you will do
As a Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in administering front office functions including check in and check out processes and switchboard
- Providing a friendly, efficient and helpful service to our guests
- Handling guest complaints and problems using the hotel resolution guidelines
- Supervise the front desk team and ensure all tasks are completed and standards adhered to
- Being knowledgeable and keeping the team updated on daily hotel operations
- Helping to train the front desk team
- A warm, people-orientated demeanour
- A team player attitude
- A proactive, problem solving approach to work
- Positive outlook and dependability
- This position requires previous hotel front office experience and the ability to adopt flexible working patterns
