Job Summary
We are expaning and seeking a dedicated and compassionate experienced Dental Nurse of at least 3 years experience in private practice, to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dental team in delivering effective treatments. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for oral health.
Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and hygienists during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments.
• Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and support.
• Provide support to patients before, during, and after dental treatment.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
• Assist at reception when required.
• Assist our Study Clubs and Academy courses.
• Be available for the 2 compulsory meetings a year (held on Saturdays).

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Dental Nursing (e.g., NEBDN Diploma).
• Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) is essential.
• Previous experience in a private dental practice is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleauges.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using dental software SOE Exact is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
