Job Specifications:

• Varied aspects of Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing exceptional service.
• Policy and product administration: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring policies are up-to-date and meet their evolving needs.
• Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients by offering complementary products and services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive and results-oriented approach

Pay: £21,578.56-£25,000.00 per year
