The Front Office department is looking for a passionate Guest Services Agent to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel.
Working pattern: 5 days on 2 days off/ 40 hours per week / multiple shifts: 7am to 3:30pm / 2:30pm to 11pm / 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: £26K per annum + service charge
We are looking for someone with previous hotel experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail while being able to multitask. This position has excellent progression opportunities and would be suited to someone with an enthusiastic personality and can do attitude.

As a Guest Services Agent you will be:

• Managing all emails and administrative duties including responding to guest enquiries in line with our mission statement: “no request is too large, no detail is too small”.
• Creating guest itineraries within and outside of London.
• Ensuring that all arrival rooms are fully checked and prepared as per the guests’ preferences.
• Liaising with all hotel departments about regular guests, VIPs and their requirements.
• Participating in other ad hoc as well as related projects and tasks.
