Your Role


  • Prospecting clients through cold door visits according to the assigned Liverpool area.
  • A strong focus on client care and building lasting relationships.
  • Organize your daily schedule around face-to-face visits with potential clients, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Results-driven attitude with a motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zone to achieve goals.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of potential clients and take advantage of every opportunity to grow your book of business. Cold calls, walk-ins, sliding into DMs - you’re personable and persistent.
  • Create and attend industry events to further engage potential and current Booksy users.
  • Set your clients up for success by conducting demos and educating them on all our app features and how they can best utilize our product for their business needs.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to thorough follow-up.
  • Participate in team sessions to become a master of our product offerings.
  • Attend weekly meetings with your team and team leader to receive support and guidance in achieving your objectives.
  • Receive constant support from our Sales Trainer, who will assist you in perfecting your sales pitch, accompany you to meetings, and record activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with all Booksy teams including Customer Service, Onboarding, Operations, HR, and Marketing.
  • Stay updated on market trends and adapt to the needs of our clients.
  • Adhere to Booksy's pricing policy and sales conditions.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to drive growth and innovation.


Who you are?

  • You possess a proven track record in Sales, or you're eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused role.
  • Your interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are exceptional, enabling you to build rapport with clients effortlessly.
  • You thrive in a self-motivated, target-driven environment, and you excel at working autonomously to achieve your goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management are second nature to you, allowing you to balance multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems and other tools is a plus, demonstrating your ability to adapt to technology-driven solutions.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of field sales experience is preferred
  • Located in or near Liverpool
  • Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred, but not required
  • Experience selling for technology/ Saa S companies; working with small business clients a plus
  • Experience in effective use of social media to reach business clients
  • Experience with Sales process focused on Onboarding / Activation
  • Techstack: Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory, you're ready to hit the road and connect with clients face-to-face.
  • Vehicle for transportation purposes
