Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team in providing professional hair care services to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and colouring
- Provide eyelash extensions and makeup application services
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
- Demonstrate proficiency in barbering techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist with front desk duties and store management tasks
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional services and products
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions and makeup application is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in mentoring or training junior stylists is desirable
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in front desk operations or store management is a plus
- Ability to upsell services and products to enhance the client experience
