We are hiring to work across the Burgess Hill and surrounding areas

Responsibilities will include:
Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals.

• Supporting with Personal care tasks
• Medication
• Food Preparation
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping
• Build relationships with service users
• Understanding what will really make a difference to their daily lives
• Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting
• Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks

Shifts are as follows:

• 7am to 2pm or 4pm to 10pm
• MUST be available to work alternate weekends or 1 weekend day a week.
