We are seeking a part time HLTA to support our nurturing and established primary schools in Cheam and Banstead. Cuddington Croft and Warren Mead Schools Partnership are expanding their team where the successful candidate will provide support for the teaching staff and to aid the children’s learning in both small group work and individual learning.
What we are looking for
Warren Mead Schools Partnership and Cuddington Croft are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA with the skills and knowledge to support children in all stages of primary education.
The successful candidate will be qualified and committed to supporting children to achieve the absolute best they can through an engaging and creative curriculum. You will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. We are looking for people who have a strong belief in teamwork, can be innovative and creative within their role.
You will be required to work across both schools as required. This role is for Thursdays and Fridays

Salary: GLF Specialist point 1 FTE £24,982
Actual Salary: £8,656.45
Hours of work: 14.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Thursday and Friday 08.15am – 4.00pm.

Cuddington Croft is an all-through 2 Form Surrey Primary School for children aged 3-11 years, including the Nursery Unit. The school is situated in West Drive, Cheam, within a pleasant, residential area in the Borough of Epsom and Ewell. We are significantly oversubscribed due to the high standards our children achieve, the first-rate staff team, and very good OFSTED reports. The school is noted for its excellent SATs results, and regularly features in the top 10 Surrey Primary Schools, and occasionally in the top 200 schools within the country. The majority of children significantly exceed the nationally expected grades in both key stage 1 & 2.
